My practice is devoted almost exclusively to appellate litigation. I have handled close to 100 appeals and original proceedings in various Texas and federal appellate courts. In addition to appealing and defending final judgments, I provide appellate support during trial in complex cases, brief and argue complex motions in the trial court, and handle mandamus proceedings.

Substantively, my docket includes products liability, medical malpractice, general tort and insurance coverage matters.
