Plunkett & Gibson, Inc.
- Richard N. Francis, JR. -

Richard Franics

I was born in Waco, Texas and raised in Bozeman, Montana. I graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.B.A. in Accounting. I graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1983 and went to work for the Hon. Blair Reeves as his Briefing Attorney on the Fourth Court of Appeals in San Antonio. That position was for a period of one year, after which I began trying lawsuits in the South Texas area. Since that time I have tried cases in Bexar County, Webb County, Val Verde County, Travis County, Maverick County, Nueces County, Cameron County, Comal County, and Hidalgo County. I currently handle primarily medical malpractice cases for hospitals, physicians, nurses and nursing homes. I also handle a significant number of product liability cases for product manufacturers as well as general negligence and personal injury cases.
