My practice focuses on insurance coverage matters, including coverage analysis, opinions and declaratory judgment actions concerning issues such as additional insured, contractual indemnity, construction defect, environmental damage and advertising injury under CGL and commercial auto policies. I have similar experience in coverage issues arising under homeowners and personal auto policies. My practice also includes first-party defense of insurance companies in breach of contract, common-law and statutory bad faith and Stowers litigation as well as third-party defense work of individuals and corporations in auto, premise, products and environmental litigation. My experience includes extensive negotiation, motion, trial and appellate practice from initial claim to final judgment in both federal and state court.
